Job summary

Waymo is seeking an MBA intern to partner with Operations, Product, and Engineering to design data-driven solutions that optimize depot throughput and scaling.

You will build strategic frameworks, model bottlenecks, and present initiatives that drive efficiency and commercial growth, while collaborating across cross-functional teams in a hybrid, US-based internship program.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Excel/Google Sheets and general data analytics skills.
• Executive communication skills.
• Experience building data-driven models to solve operational bottlenecks, improve efficiency, or make large scale cost decisions.
• Currently enrolled in an MBA program focused on operations, supply chain, analytics, technology, strategy, or a related field.
• Ability to work both independently and drive alignment and outcomes between disparate cross functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SQL or other data analysis languages.
• Experience and deep interest in working with physical operations, not just software (e.g., transportation, manufacturing, hospitals, etc.).

Responsibilities
