Key Responsibilities

The primary purpose of this position is: to provide an operations planning specialist; applying Air Force military pilot, navigator, or aircrew experience to interpret and advise on regulations, directives, instructions, programs, projects, methods and procedures in substantive military operations associated with the wing's airlift and/or air refueling missions (i.e. C5 and C17 weapon systems).

Duties Applying Air Force military aviator experience, serves as air mobility operations specialist responsible for planning, coordinating, analyzing and evaluating field level military operations programs. As an action officer, analyzes air mobility operations projects or programs of substantial breadth and depth of complexity.

Serves as an airlift operations specialist and may represent the organization on interagency groups to formulate and coordinate military flight crew operations program requirements and regulations.
