Job summary

SAIC is seeking three Operations Planner and Integrators to join our team supporting USARCENT at Shaw AFB, South Carolina. The role may involve limited overseas travel to austere locations and ongoing support for CENTCOM AOR with a six-month performance period.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-staff planning, leading MDMP/JPP efforts, and delivering OPORDs, CONOPs, and briefings. Requires TS/SCI clearance and military operations background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience (additional 4 years can substitute).
• Graduation from Captains Career Course and ILE/CGSC, or ALC & SLC.
• JPME Level I/II strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates cross-staff and unit planning on 24-hour to 3-month horizon.
• Lead and contribute to MDMP and JPP processes.
• Integrate and pass down strategic posture planning and order development.
• Produce OPORDs, FRAGORDs, TASKORDs, briefings, talking points, EXSUMs and CONOPs.
• Collaborate in ops planning to develop OPORDs and CONOPs.
• Support 24/7/365 coverage for ongoing operations.
