WVUH West Virginia University Hospitals in Morgantown, WV seeks an Operations Pharmacy Technician I to assist in drug distribution under pharmacist supervision. Responsibilities include unit-dose prep, delivery, and inventory management.
Requirements include a high school diploma, and current state licensure as a Pharmacy Technician. Minimum six months of technician experience preferred; remote work requires home-state licensure as well.
Assists in most aspects of drug distribution that do not require the professional judgment of a pharmacist. An Operations Pharmacy Technician I can only perform some aspects of drug distribution and preparation. Technicians function in accordance with standard, written procedures and guidelines under the supervision of a pharmacist.
