The Duke of Edinburgh's Award is seeking an Operations Officer to support the delivery of DofE across a portfolio of Licensed Organisations. The role is field-based, with home working when not in meetings or events, and requires travel across the Central London portfolio area.
You will build relationships with organisations, provide training and guidance to staff, monitor performance, and contribute to regional and national events. Strong communication, planning, and IT skills are essential.
The Operations Officer will support the delivery and development of The Duke of Edinburgh's Award (DofE) across a portfolio of Licensed Organisations (LOs), including schools, colleges, local authorities, charities and youth organisations.
You will work with senior leaders and DofE staff within these organisations to ensure young people have access to a high-quality DofE programme, particularly those facing barriers to participation.
This is a field-based role, working from home when not attending meetings, training sessions or events. Applicants should live within, or close to, the Central London portfolio area.

**The geographical allowance is based on a member of staff having a home or office-based postcode within 30 miles (as the crow flies) from Charing Cross, WC2N 5HS. The allowance is 7% capped at £4,000 per annum.
