Job summary

Avancez Assembly in Michigan is seeking a Forklift/HILO Operator for 2nd shift to move and load goods safely within our warehouse. You will operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts, stack pallets, and ensure accurate inventory handling while adhering to safety protocols.

The ideal candidate will stand 8–9 hours, work overtime and weekends as needed, communicate clearly, and model reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must have sit-down forklift experience and be able to pass the post-offer urinalysis drug screen and background check.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform lifting and stacking tasks in a warehouse environment.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up or sit-down forklift safely.
• Move product within warehouse and load trucks as needed.
• Unload trucks and store inventory.
• Rack and stack product up to 16 feet high.
• Load trucks with empty dunnage.

FORKLIFT/HILO OPERATOR 2nd Shift

Summary

Our Manufacturing company is seeking Forklift drivers to join our team. We’re looking for dedicated individuals who always show up for work on time and ready to be a team player.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up or sit down forklift in a safe manner
• Operate a stand-up or sit down forklift to move product within warehouse and load trucks as needed
• Unload trucks and put inventory away
• Rack and stack product up to 16 feet high
• Load trucks with empty dunnage
