Job summary

Avancez Assembly is seeking a Forklift/Hilo Operator to safely operate forklifts, move inventory, and load trucks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires standing for long hours, adherence to safety, and flexibility for overtime or weekend shifts. A post-offer drug screen and background check are required to join a capable, results-driven team.

Qualifications

• Sit down forklift experience is mandatory.
• Must be able to stand for 8-9 hours a day.
• Must pass a post-offer urinalysis drug screen and background check.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required.
• Maintain safety and teamwork on the warehouse floor.

FORKLIFT/HILO OPERATOR

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up or sit down forklift in a safe manner
• Operate a stand-up or sit down forklift to move product within warehouse and load trucks as needed
• Unload trucks and put inventory away
• Rack and stack product up to 16 feet high
• Load trucks with empty dunnage
