Job summary

The Intrepid Group is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the Muscatatuck Training Center MACC-TTE program, including testing, training, and experimentation activities. You will coordinate with sponsors and agencies, manage budgets and schedules, and act as a key liaison for external partners.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years in cyber range or DoD environments, with Top Secret/SCI eligibility. Strong leadership and program-management skills are essential.

• 7+ years of relevant experience in cyber range or computer test-bed environments
• 7+ years of program management or senior DoD/defense industry experience
• Experience conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training; strong project management skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee MACC-TTE customer support for testing, training, and experimentation events; gather, plan, and execute customer requirements
• Integrate sponsor/customer requirements into a comprehensive management plan coordinating with all contributing agencies
• Establish responsibilities, set expectations, and control/manage assigned projects, budget, and schedule
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsor/customer and other external agencies on assigned projects
• Be on duty at the installation during regular hours and be available Monday–Friday (excluding Federal holidays)
• Be prepared to perform duties for the Program Manager when required

Position is contingent upon contract Award As the Operations Manager, you will Oversee the execution of day-to-day program activities and staff to include operation, maintenance, and development of the Muscatatuck Training Center (MuTC) Advanced Cyber Center - Testing, Training, and Experimentation (MACC-TTE)

CORE RESPONISIBILITIES:

• * Manage and provide MACC-TTE customer support for testing, training, and experimentation events, including gathering, planning, and executing customer requirements for support
• Integrate sponsor/customer requirements and participation into a comprehensive management plan, that is fully coordinated with all contributing agencies and organizations including various functional elements within the installation
• Establish responsibilities and set expectations; control and manage assigned projects, budget, and schedule
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsor/customer and other external agencies on assigned projects
• Be on duty at the installation and available during regular duty hours, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays
• Be prepared to perform the duties for the Program Manager, if required
• EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Management, or related discipline
• 7+ years of relevant experience. Exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in cyber range or computer test-bed environments.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Program Management or senior level DoD experience or Defense Industry Civilian Professional working with senior level DoD personnel.
• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training. Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, evaluate, and lead Cyber training programs effectively. Working knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management.
