We are currently seeking an Operations Manager to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for multiple locations in Austin and San Antonio. Your tasks will include managing labor, daily productivity goals, quality control, and preparing daily/weekly reports. Additionally, you will identify and document vehicle conditions while promoting a safe and efficient working environment. Essential duties and responsibilities will vary.

Responsibilities:

• Clean interior and exterior of vehicles
• Operate various equipment to clean vehicle interiors to assigned standards
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Develop processes and standards to maximize productivity and safety
• Consistently meet processing and standardization minimums
• Maintain strong relationships with clients
• Monitor P&L, labor costs, and overall efficiency
• Drive team engagement, productivity, and accountability
• Create and implement procedures to ensure stability and maximize output
• Build trust and dependability with clients

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an automotive technician, detailer, or related fields
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
• Experience required
• Knowledge of various cleaning equipment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend outdoors in all weather conditions
• Professionalism, accountability, and ownership
• Must pass insurance requirements:

• At least 18 years old
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Prior driving experience with various vehicles (trucks, vans, cars)
• Valid driver's license with no recent violations or at-fault accidents
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
