Responsibilities

• Oversight of product movement and customer service operations to meet KPIs.
• Develop and monitor annual facility budgets.
• Conduct regular inspections for food safety and OSHA compliance.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Maintain inventory control and quality standards for perishables.
