BakeMark is seeking a results-driven leader to direct warehouse and transportation operations across the U.S. with a focus on efficiency, accuracy and safety. You will manage staffing, inventory control and process improvements to maximize uptime and service levels for customers.

In this role you will analyze reports, drive corrective actions, and ensure compliance with all policies and safety rules. Strong collaboration with branch teams and unions is essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Directs warehouse and transportation operations for optimum efficiency.
• Reviews weekly and period reports and recommends improvements.
• Oversees inventory control and implements BakeMark Best Practices.
• Ensures safety, sanitation and regulatory compliance in the warehouse.
• Coordinates with union representatives and acts as liaison with branches.
