LKQ Corporation seeks a seasoned site leader to oversee overall location performance in a fast-moving environment. You will collaborate with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure top-notch service, quality, and efficiency across departments.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, budgeting acumen, and a hands-on approach to safety and process improvements. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 5+ years in a specialized profession or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate a Company vehicle.
• Proficient computer skills; prior supervision/leadership experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee location performance including quality assurance, customer satisfaction, HR, inventory, safety, and gross margin.
• Coach and develop staff to achieve peak performance and customer service.
• Manage KPI programs for growth, productivity, and inventory control within budget.
• Ensure compliance with laws, safety, and environmental standards across departments.
• Lead Lean Daily Management initiatives to improve efficiency and compliance.
