General / Operations Manager - Nutraceutical Industry

Full-time permanent role with a global nutraceutical company (industry experience required). Salary dependent on experience (circa £80k - £100k). Remote role.

A global business specialising in vitamins/supplements is seeking an Operations Manager to develop and drive its UK operations. The role will oversee business operations, sales, product innovation, and supply chain management.

Note: The client is only considering proven leaders with a strong background in the vitamins/nutraceutical industry.

Duties
  1. Developing expansion plans and partnerships
  2. Ensuring efficient production and cost optimization
  3. Driving sales and customer engagement through multiple channels
  4. Ensuring compliance with legislation
  5. Managing budgets and costs
  6. Managing sourcing and logistics
  7. Building a team (sales and marketing)
  8. Stakeholder management - investors and partners
Candidate Requirements
  • A senior-level background within the nutraceutical (vitamins/supplements) industry
  • Proven skills in overseeing sales, operations, and growth
  • Experience launching new products in UK/EU
  • Strong financial management experience
  • Experience scaling up a business, including team recruitment and sales
