Nordstrom Inc. in Gainesville, FL seeks an Operations Manager to lead a team of about 20, align warehouse operations with business strategy, drive safety, quality, and performance, and manage budget and expenditures.
You will coach staff, recruit and onboard, develop leadership, implement continuous improvement, and monitor KPIs and 4DX scorecards to meet financial and service goals.
The Operations Manager is a seasoned leader with several years of experience leading and developing teams in support of the business strategy in processes, policies, and procedures. The Operations Manager is responsible to deliver on overall customer promise, driving results through coaching, performance management, and monitoring results. This role will meet financial standards by providing annual budget information, monitoring expenditures, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions.
