Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation ensuring customer satisfaction is successfully achieved.
• Provide solid leadership for Logistics and Operation Coordinators and handle escalations as needed.
• Set department goals, monitor workflow, and ensure an effective operating department.
• Ensure efficiency and safety of day-to-day operations for the fleet of tractors, trailers, and drivers.
• Monitor CSA Safety scores and implement training and disciplinary actions to resolve negative trends.
• Coordinate with Safety and Fleet Departments on tags, titles, registrations, taxes, and DOT/US law compliance.
• Coach, train, and develop dispatch team to exceed goals with 8–10 dispatchers.
• Driver management of over 50+ leased drivers.
