I. Job Summary

The Operations Manager Trainee (OMT) program prepares individuals to become front-line Route Managers. The role involves significant field interaction, focusing on increasing profitability, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team leadership. Candidates must be willing to relocate post-training.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide timely and consistent feedback to frontline employees
• Review best practices to improve performance
• Partner with Drivers and Technicians to develop skills
• Complete all training curricula
• Practice coaching and seek feedback
• Collaborate with managers to learn operations
• Develop knowledge of safety programs, systems, and processes

III. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma + 2 years relevant work experience)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally eligible to work
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

IV. Physical Requirements
