Job Summary

The Operations Manager Trainee (OMT) program prepares individuals to become front-line Route Managers through hands-on training in the field, focusing on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team leadership. Candidates must be willing to relocate after training.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Developing skills and providing feedback to frontline employees.
  2. Partnering with drivers and technicians to enhance performance.
  3. Completing training curriculum and other assigned tasks.
  4. Practicing coaching and collaborating with managers.
  5. Gaining knowledge of safety programs, operational systems, and performance management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 2 years).
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old, with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Physical Requirements

Work involves both office and field environments, requiring use of standard office equipment. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
