Action seeks a dynamic Operations Manager for The Harrison in San Francisco, California.

The Harrison has beautifully appointed residences perched atop Rincon Hill. The Harrison offers city views within steps of San Francisco's greatest restaurants, shops and The Embarcadero. Be part of a team where you will love where you work!

How You Will Make an Impact

Provide exceptional service to the residents of The Harrison

Exude a positive and professional attitude at all times

Possessing a high level of knowledge of the Associations rules, policies and procedures

Manage a team with exceptional leadership to ensure a successful team

What You'll Need

2-4 years of Operations management experience ideally in the HOA or hospitality industry

Provide training, leadership, and scheduling for up to 20 team members from front desk associates, package attendants, and resident services coordinators

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Effective presentation skills

Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently

Commitment to following up on all issues in a timely manner

Schedule:Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm; available for monthly board meetings and as needed

Compensation:85K - 95K depending on experience+ comprehensive benefits package + annual bonus + holiday gratuity + complimentary business attire dry cleaning
