The role emphasizes HACCP, budgeting, and staff development in a Tribally owned organization, with opportunity for incentives based on performance and probationary results.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business Administration, Fisheries Management, or Food Science preferred.
• HAACP certification or ability to obtain within defined time.
• 3 years’ experience as a department manager in manufacturing/procurement in a food processing environment preferred.
• Finance and accounting knowledge; ability to read and explain P&L; QuickBooks experience preferred.

• Lead and oversee operations and fiscal health of the business.
• Develop and manage operating plans to meet business objectives.
• Drive growth plans to achieve net income objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies.
• Maintain HACCP protocols and food safety documentation.
• Oversee procurement, production scheduling, inventory, and retail storefront operations.
• Establish metrics, budgets and multi-year road map for efficiencies and growth.
• Lead talent development and succession planning to sustain engagement and reduce turnover.
