The Fiesta Mart Operations Manager ensures the flow of product in and out of the warehouse supports the business and operational needs in accordance with the company's standard operating procedures. The Operations Manager will assist the Assistant Store Director in the proper operation of all departments within the store. The Operations Manager is the 3rd person in command in the store and is required to act as role model of professionalism, ethical behavior, and effective decision-making at all times.
