Job summary

Traffic Management, Llc is seeking an Operations Manager to provide direct support to Branch and Regional Managers and to serve as the primary backup for the Branch Manager, ensuring continuity in daily operations. The role covers administration, service operations, inventory, employee development, facilities & fleet, and safety across the branch network.

You will oversee dispatching, planning, and project estimates for traffic control services, manage budgets and PnL analyses, and drive OSHA

Qualifications

  • College degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction.
  • Familiarity with MUTCD guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Support branch and regional managers with daily operations.
  • Dispatching and scheduling field operations and paperwork.
  • Plan and estimate traffic control projects and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and petty cash reporting.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
  • Oversee facilities, fleet maintenance, and OSHA compliance.
  • Ensure safety programs and incident reporting.
