Scholars Network works with health systems, colleges and universities, and strategic partners to bring health systems and higher education institutions together, providing students opportunities for educational loan repayment upon graduation and employment. The Operations Manager, Scholars Network plays a critical role in aligning student recruitment efforts with Scholars Network’s mission and the evolving needs of our health system and higher education partners. This role will lead the design and execution of internal systems and workflows, ensuring our team can scale efficiently while delivering exceptional service to students, universities, and healthcare employers.
