CCL Hospitality Group is seeking a Supervisory Food-Service Coordinator to coordinate activities of dining staff and ensure an enjoyable experience for residents, staff, and visitors. You will supervise meal preparation, service, and sanitation to meet company standards.

The role emphasizes training, coordinating work schedules, addressing resident feedback, and maintaining safety and quality across meals and events.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• General hospitality knowledge and interest in sustainability.

Job Summary

Coordinates activities of other food-service employees. Creates an enjoyable dining experience for residents, staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
• Interacts with residents and resolves residents complaints in a friendly and service oriented manner
• Oversees and participates in the preparation and service of food and beverage items in accordance with company standards for presentation, sanitation, safety and portion control.
• Ensures timely, efficient meal service; supervises serving of meals.
• Help plan meals
• Trains employees; assigns and coordinates work of employees to promote efficiency and excellence in food and service.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree preferred
• 1-3 years of experience
• Possess general hospitality knowledge and interest in sustainability and sustainable food practices
• ServSafe Certification is preferred
