Qualifications

• 5 years of leadership experience in print manufacturing or fulfillment.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Analytical skills for managing capacity data and departmental budgets.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP).
• Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across operational workflows to ensure consistent execution.
• Direct internal and external quality audits, ensuring full regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Drive operational excellence using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and RCA.
• Oversee resource allocation, capacity planning, and budget tracking to optimize cost-to-quality ratios.
• Manage, coach, and evaluate QA specialists, inspectors, and operational supervisors.
• Serve as the functional bridge between production/engineering, product development, supply chain, and customer service.
• Champion a company-wide culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement through training and mentorship.
