Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred; strong hands-on leadership experience required.
• 10+ years in operations, manufacturing, or electronics/semiconductor recycling.
• Experience developing SOPs and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities and lead testing, chip harvesting, and material handling.
• Drive process engineering, continuous improvement, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation; ensure revision control.
• Track KPIs (productivity, throughput, quality, yield, downtime) and report trends to management.
• Coach and develop employees; plan staffing, assignments, and shift communications.
