Operations Manager (Operations Manager II)

Salary Range: $70,000 - $115,000

Position Overview

As an Operations Manager (Operations Manager II) at DHL Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouses. Your responsibilities include implementing processes to optimize warehouse operations, leading and developing teams, fostering a safe and productive environment, and driving overall success. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging.
• Develop and implement workflows, labor plans, standardize processes, and introduce best practices to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safety-conscious culture.
• Compile reports on KPIs such as productivity and accuracy to support continuous improvement.
• Encourage open communication and collaboration among leadership and staff.
• Partner with HR and leadership in hiring Supervisors, supporting top talent acquisition.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Engage proactively with customers to address concerns and enhance satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of logistics industry experience.
• Over 2 years in supervisory or management roles.
• Experience with P&L management, goal setting, and project management is preferred.
