Overview

Mastering the Zodiac (MtZ) is a pioneering platform in True Sidereal Astrology, helping people reconnect with the real sky to better understand themselves and their lives. We’re looking for a part-time Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate our small team, and keep our sales and outreach efforts running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on, versatile role - equal parts coordination, communication, and leadership. You’ll help us stay focused, responsive, and aligned as we grow.

1. Sales & Marketing
   • Monitor sales performance and support product launches and offers
   • Coordinate email, social, and partner campaigns to grow revenue
   • Align all efforts with MtZ’s strategic goals
2. Team & Workflow
   • Keep projects organised using tools like ClickUp and Google Drive (training provided if needed)
   • Manage a Virtual Assistant: delegate, support, follow up
3. Customer Experience
   • Oversee client communication via email and social media
4. Partnerships & Outreach
   • Oversee securing collaborations with aligned creators, podcasts, and media
   • Oversee onboarding and managing of affiliate partners
5. Social Media & Community
   • Oversee weekly content calendars (IG, FB, YouTube)
   • Delegate engagement (comments, DMs) to the VA - and ensure follow-through
   • Track and report on audience growth and performance
6. Reporting & Check-ins
   • Maintain weekly updates on growth and goals
   • Join and lead weekly syncs and monthly reviews

• Live within 1 hour of Doral, Florida (even though work is remote, we require in-office work once per quarter)
