Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of progressive professional and/or supervisory work experience; Master's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience
• Equivalent education/experience options include NNPS graduate, Apprentice School graduate, or military experience as described
• Ability to lead a team across multiple job families and present reports to senior management

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 15 direct and 9 indirect reports in a 6:00am–3:00pm shift
• Supervise multiple job families and coordinate with senior management
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of projects within scope
