Job description

The Operations Manager serves as a key member of the base leadership team by coordinating and directing the activities of team members involved in safely providing requested services for general aviation aircraft, crews, residents, and guests. This position may perform duties similar to those assigned to their workgroup. The Operations Manager uses expert knowledge of company policies and SOPs to deliver efficient and exceptional service at the private aviation terminal (PAT). Flexibility in work schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends, is required. Tasks may be performed in various weather and environmental conditions, including near stationary and moving aircraft, which may involve exposure to jet engine fumes, dust, noise, and extreme temperatures.
