Operations Manager in our Pittsburgh, PA office!
The
Operations Manager leads, motivates, and supports the mitigation and reconstruction divisions to ensure the success of SERVPRO Team Wall’s full-service model, revenue and profit growth, customer satisfaction, and staff development. They are responsible for overseeing and managing the production process in mitigation & reconstruction, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, on time, and meeting the required quality standards. They play a crucial role in coordinating the various stages of production, from planning and scheduling to monitoring the workforce and managing resources.
What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for the operational execution of the full-service model (successfully converting mitigation work into reconstruction work).
- Serve as an extension of the leadership team by actively pursuing strategic and operational objectives developed by company leadership.
- Delegate and oversee the management of operational activities.
- Maintain consistent communication with leadership, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols for staff to ensure a positive customer and client experience.
- Manage staff development.
- Develop, implement, and oversee protocols to maintain facility, vehicles, equipment, and consumables.
- Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity.
- Continued development of leadership and management skills, as well as production expertise.
- Other tasks/duties as required.
