As a Fendi Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the store’s operations, team scheduling, merchandise, and customer service. They will also be responsible for supporting the achievement of the sales objectives, maintaining, and achieving operational and merchandising standards and goals, building highly motivated teams, and developing associates as needed. They will work closely with the Store Leaders by imparting critical business knowledge.

Responsibilities:
Policies and procedures
• Ensure accurate store operations are according to Company policy.
• Be able to accurately operate the POS system, in all areas relating to stock transfer, payment, stock inquiry and customer database input.
• Assume the role of Store Manager in their absence.
Store Facility and Maintenance
• Maintain the store facility, inclusive of all cleaning, repair, and replacement of damaged fixtures, furniture, registers, and other related items to facility.
• Coordinate maintenance on all lighting and electrical systems as the need arises.
• Ensure organization of all back-office areas, stock rooms, maintenance rooms, alterations, rest rooms, and hold areas in accordance with company standards.
• Serve as direct liaison between all sub-contractors and vendors to verify work standard and condition of store.
Financial Management
• Control store expenses and ensure accurate records of all store expenses.
• Ensure accurate procedures are being met regarding cash levels, credit card and transaction processing.
• Control Petty cash and payroll in accordance with company policy and procedure.
Inventory Management and Asset Protection
• Meet accuracy and shrink goals
• Lead, facilitate, and ensure completion of all inventories and cycle counts in accordance with company guidelines. Complete monthly audits.
• Process store damages and vital action to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with and support LP efforts in all areas of risk management, physical security, store cash controls, inventory management, inter-store communication, and inventory audits.
• Liaison with guard company for scheduling, training, and management of guards.
Equipment and Systems
• Maintain all store equipment inclusive of office equipment, computers, phones, registers, alterations, music, ticket machines, etc.
• Ensure accurate order and organization of packaging material, stationary, CRM materials etc.
Shipping and receiving
• Supervise all processing of shipments, transfers, and consignments.
• Ensure optimum customer after sales service, accuracy, and integrity.
• Support and follow OMNI product transfers, rebalances, end of season transfers & any other corporate driven product movements.
Human Resources
• Ensure all HR paperwork is processed accurately in a timely manner.
• Ensure all associates are aware of and abide by all HR and safety policies.
• New Hire Training on back-office procedure, including POS.
• Scheduling staff.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of high-volume retail experience, luxury experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of confirmed experience in store operations.
• Ability to run schedules and deadlines.
• Minimum intermediate level digital literacy required.
• Ability to use POS system and its inventory management functions.
• Strong drive for results; goal oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: the ability to communicate optimally both verbally and in writing.
• Able to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to lift boxes/weight up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule: ability to work some nights, weekends, and holidays.
