Job summary

Guardian Medical USA Inc. seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in a regulated medical device manufacturing and contract packaging environment.

You will lead teams, ensure onboarding of new customers, and drive continuous improvement while complying with the Quality Management System. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in operations management, with a preference for experience in sterile packaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Bioengineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of operations management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in sterile barrier and/or medical device manufacturing/packaging is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations within a regulated medical device manufacturing and packaging environment to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Lead and develop Supervisors, engineers and staff; establish performance expectations and provide evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, ISO 13485 practices and safety requirements; drive continuous improvement.
