Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks a manufacturing and operations leader in Pennsylvania to drive high-mix engineered-product production.

You will own daily shop-floor execution, production scheduling, and cross-functional communication with engineering, quality, and procurement teams. Responsibilities include overseeing quoting from BOMs, managing procurement for domestic and imported materials, and maintaining ERP/MRP structures.

Qualifications

• Leadership in manufacturing and operations in high-mix engineered products.
• Experience with fabrication, machining, assembly, or metalworking.
• Ownership of production scheduling and shop-floor execution.
• Experience quoting/estimating from BOMs and material costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, production, and manufacturing operations.
• Own daily production execution, scheduling, and shop-floor communication.
• Oversee quoting/estimating using BOMs and material costs.
• Direct procurement, sourcing, and vendor management for domestic/imported materials.
• Manage ERP/MRP structure including item masters, BOMs, routings, and work orders.
• Improve inventory accuracy, forecasting, cycle counting, safety stock, and reorder points.
• Translate sales demand into purchasing priorities and coordinate teams and vendors.
• Drive cost control, safety, quality, and standardization of processes.
• Improve manufacturing processes through 5S, root cause analysis, and value stream mapping.
