Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring an Operations Manager to support our Manufacturing team in La Vergne, TN.

As an Operations Manager, you will manage the overall operations to optimize production and quality while reducing costs, developing leadership, and continually improving processes. You will oversee multiple manufacturing and packaging processes through hands-on leadership, ensuring departments meet expectations by building credibility, mastering products and processes, evaluating Supervisors and Leads, and fostering relationships with key managers. The Operations Manager supervises all associates, directly or indirectly, and is responsible for daily shift operations.

Schedule:
  • D Shift: Wednesday-Friday 7pm-7am + every other Saturday 7pm-7am
Requirements:
  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years management experience
  • 1+ years manufacturing experience
Preferred Skills:
  • 3-5 years in manufacturing, preferred
  • Ability to identify and drive improvement projects
  • Servant leadership style, fostering collaboration and communication
  • Proven safety initiative leadership
Responsibilities:
  • Manage resources for daily production and shipping, including order routing, staffing, and quality control
  • Coordinate with departments to resolve customer issues and rush orders
  • Oversee and direct shift supervisors
  • Conduct evaluations, maintain records, and recommend disciplinary actions
  • Participate in hiring and training
  • Ensure safety and hazardous materials guidelines are followed
