Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking an Operations Manager for Machining and Fabrication to lead manufacturing operations and drive continuous improvement across investment casting, fabrication, stamping, machining, and injection molding.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and proven experience in lean, six sigma, and quality management, plus strong analytical, communication and financial skills to develop employees and improve plant performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Manufacturing operations experience across investment casting, fabrication, stamping, machining, and injection molding.

Our client is currently seeking a Operations Manager - Machining/Fabrication ONLY

• Bachelor's Degree
• Manufacturing Operations Experience in the investment casting/fabrication/stamping/machining/injection molding
• Able to drive improvement through the implementation of the lean manufacturing principles, total quality practices, six sigma.
• Demonstrated Experience developing employees and creating an engaged employee environment.
• Demonstrated experience ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of plant performance measurements (quality, productivity, cycle time, delivery, and cash flow).
• A strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skills.
• Strong financial literacy
