Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Kitchen Suppression/Fire Extinguisher Division. The role involves overseeing installation, sales, inspections, and maintenance of kitchen suppression systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and supervise technicians and support staff; develop sales strategies to grow market share.
2. Project Management: Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of projects; coordinate with teams and clients.
3. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to fire safety codes and standards; conduct audits.
4. Customer Relations: Serve as primary contact; address inquiries and resolve issues; foster relationships.
5. Resource Management: Manage inventory and resources; collaborate with procurement.
6. Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent; additional training preferred.
2. Minimum 5 years' experience in fire protection, focusing on kitchen suppression systems and fire extinguishers.

5. Knowledge of NFPA fire safety codes and standards.
