Job summary

The Pivot Group Network in Kentwood, MI is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily production activities and drive efficiency in a manufacturing setting.

You will lead a team of supervisors and line workers, implement Lean Six Sigma initiatives, manage KPIs, and collaborate with supply chain, quality, and engineering to meet safety and quality standards, while identifying cost-saving opportunities and driving continuous improvement across the operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, eng, or related field required.
• 5+ years in manufacturing ops management.

• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and supply chain.
• Experience with ERP systems.
