Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager for our Elizabeth, NJ store. You will drive shipment, replenishment, inventory processes, and back-of-house organization while upholding safety and asset protection standards.

This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager and requires 3+ years of retail leadership, strong coaching and a business ownership mindset, plus flexibility to work nights and weekends.

A Victoria’s Secret & Co Operations Manager is a values-based leader who drives operational execution to ensure a consistent and efficient store environment. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Execution of shipment, replenishment, and inventory processes
• Back-of-house organization and operational efficiency
• Inventory accuracy and operational compliance
• Cleanliness, safety, and asset protection standards
• Support of floorsets and product launches
• Identification and resolution of operational gaps
• Direct reports, including Selling Associates
• This role is present in higher volume or more complex environments and leads the performance and direction of the business

• Coaching & development of associates and leaders
• Executing Daily Work Force Management actions

Minimum Salary: $31.65

Maximum Salary: $38.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers)
