Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co is seeking an Operations Manager to lead store-level execution and ensure a consistent, efficient retail environment. You’ll drive shipment, replenishment, inventory accuracy, back-of-house organization, and asset protection while supporting floorsets and product launches.

You will report to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager and collaborate across teams to uphold visual standards, safety, and strong customer-focused service in a high-volume setting.

A Victoria’s Secret & Co Operations Manager is a values-based leader who drives operational execution to ensure a consistent and efficient store environment. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Manager ensures operational routines are executed consistently to support product availability and store readiness. Specifically, this role owns:

• Execution of shipment, replenishment, and inventory processes
• Back-of-house organization and operational efficiency
• Inventory accuracy and operational compliance
• Cleanliness, safety, and asset protection standards
• Support of floorsets and product launches
• Identification and resolution of operational gaps
• Direct reports, including Selling Associates
• This role is present in higher volume or more complex environments and leads the performance and direction of the business

Store Leadership Expectations

Minimum Salary: $27.00

Maximum Salary: $33.45
