We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee counter sales and warehouse operations in a fast-paced team environment. The right candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in hose fabrication and distribution, bilingual English/Spanish,

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in hose fabrication and distribution
• Ability to manage a busy counter and rapid customer flow
• Experience with industrial and hydraulic hoses
• Strong inventory awareness and ability to forecast branch needs
• Proven leadership and customer-service skills
• Proficient computer skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Open and close branch daily and manage cash handling
• Maintain organized, clean facility and up-to-date retail stock
• Oversee receiving, inventory adjustments, and stock accuracy
• Schedule staff to ensure adequate branch coverage
• Monitor quotes and convert to orders within margin guidelines
• Ensure on-time delivery and proper equipment maintenance
