Operations Manager in Training – Entry Level

High Impact Solutions is hiring an Operations Manager in Training to join our Louisville team. This is an entry-level sales and leadership development opportunity supporting an AT&T wireless campaign within retail locations.

You'll start by learning the sales side of the business from the ground up, working directly with customers to promote AT&T wireless products, services, plans, upgrades, and current offers. As you gain experience and demonstrate strong performance, you'll begin developing skills in team leadership, training, sales operations, and campaign management.

This is a customer-facing AT&T sales position, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, is motivated by performance, and wants the opportunity to grow into leadership.

What You'll Do

• Represent the AT&T campaign at assigned retail locations
• Engage directly with customers and introduce AT&T wireless products and services
• Explain available wireless plans, devices, upgrades, promotions, and current offers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate AT&T service options
• Assist interested customers throughout the sales and enrollment process
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Learn daily sales, customer acquisition, and campaign operations
• Track sales activity and performance
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
• Develop leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Assist with training and supporting newer team members as you progress
• Take on additional leadership and operational responsibilities based on performance
