Job Description

1. Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging.
2. Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, and standardize processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safety-conscious work environment.
4. Compile reports on KPIs such as productivity and accuracy to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
5. Encourage open communication and collaboration among leadership and staff.
6. Partner with HR and leadership for effective hiring of Supervisors, providing insights to select top talent.
7. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
8. Engage with customers proactively to address concerns and enhance satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• At least 1 year of logistics industry experience.
• Over 2 years in supervisory or management roles.
• Experience with P&L management, goal setting, and project management (preferred).
