Responsibilities

• Oversees development and improvement of operational tools, reports and customer-facing functionality, providing SME input and leading cross-functional projects.
• Designs project plans, leads teams, facilitates stakeholder meetings, analyzes plans, and allocates resources to deliver initiatives on time.
• Provides data-driven decision support by analyzing and interpreting information to align with business objectives.
