Wedgewood Weddings is looking to hire an Operations Manager to oversee ordering, scheduling, and servicing weddings, receptions, social, and corporate events.
An Operations Manager at Wedgewood Weddings is responsible for all event and behind-the-scenes operations. They partner with our General Manager to manage ordering, inventory, hiring, training, and oversee our event staff to ensure flawless execution of weddings. We seek individuals with magnetic, high-energy personalities, outstanding interpersonal skills, and strong organizational habits. The successful Operations Manager ensures every detail is addressed accurately every time. They must also display genuine empathy to lead our event staff with kindness, professionalism, and leadership. Qualified candidates should embrace office/administrative work along with the dynamic demands of event days.
Since our work aligns with client and guest schedules, weekend and evening availability is required. Naturally, qualified Operations Managers maintain a positive attitude!
