Coury Hospitality in Milwaukee seeks an experienced hotel operations leader to oversee day-to-day activities, partnering with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Sales, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and outstanding guest experiences.
You will monitor performance, coach department leaders, address guest concerns with urgency, and coordinate during high occupancy, events, group arrivals, and VIP visits, all while maintaining service and safety standards.

Leading the day-to-day operations of the hotel while supporting department leaders in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Monitoring daily operations to identify opportunities for improvement while maintaining the highest service and operational standards.

Coordinating hotel operations during periods of high occupancy, special events, group arrivals, and VIP visits.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Four to six years of progressive hotel or hospitality operations experience required.
Previous supervisory or management experience in a full-service hotel preferred.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and guest services.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and supporting operational excellence.
Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze operational performance and implement process improvements.
Experience using hotel property management systems and standard business software preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency situations based on business needs.
Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred, but not required.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the hotel during the shift.
Ability to travel between hotel departments, guest areas, meeting spaces, and back-of-house operations as needed.
Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds.
Ability to operate computers, telephones, mobile devices, and standard office equipment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency response situations.
Ability to maintain professionalism while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
