The Hilton New York Times Square is seeking an Operations Manager to lead their hotel team! Located at the heart of Times Square, this upscale hotel soars 44 stories above Manhattan, offering 478 rooms with breathtaking views of Times Square and multiple food and beverage outlets.

This position will be the manager on duty during various shifts (including AM/PM/overnight) and reports to the Director of Operations. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of hotel experience across departments such as Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Engineering. Knowledge of the New York Union, Local 6, and strong team-building and interpersonal skills are critical for success.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $85,000, with the final offer based on experience.
