Brothers That Just Do Gutters - Downers Grove is seeking a PART TIME Operations Manager to lead and grow our home services business. You will oversee daily operations, recruit and manage field teams, and ensure top-notch customer service and scheduling.

This hands-on leadership role requires driving efficiency, monitoring KPIs, and coordinating with sales and estimating teams. A strong focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement is essential.

Formación

• 3+ years of operations management experience in home services, construction, or a trade industry.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop field and office teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Experience with scheduling software, CRM platforms, or field service management tools.
• P&L awareness and basic business financial acumen.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; available to start daily Mo-Fr at 6:30am.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the gutter installation, repair, and maintenance business.
• Recruit, train, and manage field crews and office staff to ensure peak performance.
• Monitor job scheduling, dispatching, and workflow to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards by resolving issues and ensuring quality control on every job.
• Track key performance metrics including revenue, labor costs, and job completion rates.
• Coordinate with sales and estimating teams to ensure accurate project scoping and timely execution.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and vendor relationships to support field operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and local regulations.
• During slower season, perform similar duties at a Content Recovery and restoration business.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee daily operations, recruit and manage field teams, manage customer service and scheduling, ensure every customer experience is top-notch.
