Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field and 1 year in an operations/distribution/logistics environment with supervisory responsibilities.
• Alternate: 3 years' experience in operations/distribution/logistics supervising and developing staff.
• Experience aligning staffing, safety, and process improvements with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates in writing or verbally.
• Drive and implement the business plan to achieve facility goals including safety and quality.
• Forecast staffing workload and performance to meet business demands.
• Prepare, review and analyze business reports to identify improvements.
• Ensure compliance with logistics, quality and safety standards and procedures.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, providing feedback and coaching.
• Foster an inclusive culture and employee development, with opportunities for growth.
