YOUR ROLE

Plan and monitor daily staffing schedules, adjusting them as needed to maintain adequate staffing levels that align with operational demands and business objectives. Allocate work assignments effectively, ensuring operational efficiency and staff engagement. Ensure directives, rules, and procedures are effectively communicated to the operations staff. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of safety methods, practices, and programs to guarantee that freight is handled in a safe and timely manner using appropriate equipment and tools. Ensure a clean, professional, and safe working environment is maintained. Manage and oversee administrative functions to ensure all paperwork is processed efficiently, meets compliance requirements, and is completed in a timely manner by administrative staff.
