Slate is seeking an experienced Operations Manager, General Assembly, to lead our GA team in the electric vehicle space. You will drive safety, quality, production, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 12+ years in high-volume operations, with strong automotive process knowledge and proficiency in MS Office. The role requires flexibility for shifts and overtime, and visa sponsorship is not available.

This role is for our Crew B team: Wednesday through Saturday, 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM. Training will be on day shift before transitioning to Crew B hours.
The compensation for this position is the range Slate reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; work location; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
